Why do Lentigines appear?

Solar Lentigo is a flat, brown pigmented lesion that primarily results from UV exposure and skin aging.

It occurs when melanocytes become overactive, leading to excessive pigment deposition in specific areas.

Repeated exposure to UV radiation causes continuous melanin production, and as one ages,

the skin's regenerative capacity and pigment metabolism decrease, causing the lesions to become progressively darker and spread wider. They primarily appear on the face, back of hands, and arms, and are characterized by distinct,

dark brown borders.

Characteristics of the 755nm Wavelength

The 755nm wavelength is a premium Alexandrite wavelength with a very high absorption rate for melanin pigment, while also offering stable penetration depth across the entire epidermal layer and into the upper dermal layer.

The 755nm laser, delivered in a long-pulse mode, transmits high-output energy to pigmented lesions through precise millisecond (ms) timing control. Melanocytes intensively absorb this light energy, converting it into thermal energy, and safely and effectively fragment the pigment

particles. Some of the fragmented pigments undergo natural metabolic processes on the surface,

shedding with dead skin cells in a subtle peeling-like manner according to the skin's turnover cycle, while others are safely absorbed and expelled from the body by macrophages.

As the destroyed pigments are progressively eliminated, the lentigo visibly lightens or
